Jonathan Heart, Oragami Wizard

Jonathan Heart is known as Cincinnati's Origami Wizard. Over the past seven (7) years, he has been entertaining. children and adults. alike with exciting, innovative and interactive Origami program. In 1993, he was named "Best" by cincinnati Magazine. In 1996, he was hired to entertain and teach origami for the. Walt Disney Company, In addition, All About Kids Magazine named him "Entertainer of the Year".

Jonathan is a one-of-a-kind artisan, entertainer and humorist. He provides a unique blend of fun and entertainment at various functions such as fund raisers, private parties or any special occasion. He can even print the name of the organization or event on the paper he folds, providing, a special memento for guests.

Several formats may be used to entertain:

STROLLING:
Wandering through a crowd or from table to table entertaining as he goes. Jonathan uses a great deal of humor and his love of people, to provide a fun and very different type of entertainment. This format has been used at festivals, private parties, company gatherings, exhibit openings(entertaining those waiting in queues), and as pre-show entertainment.

GAME SHOW:
"Origami Meets the Price is Right" is his own award winning, hands-on, fast paced, fun and zany version of a game show, with plenty of audience participation. He gives away fabulous prizes such as a "brand new car" and a "dime-in ring" (a dollar bill folded into a ring with a dime in it's pocket). This format has been used at private parties, scout troops, church functions, company picnic, etc.

STATIONS:
When The goal is to have as many people participate as possible, but not all at the same time, he offers stations with up to 10 people at a time to fold an origami piece. He always gives away a special prize to someone, usually by way of a drawing at the end of each session. Here again, we cannot leave out the humor. This format is used often at Christmas to entertain shoppers downtown or at a museum.

LESSONS:
For people who have a specific item they want to lean, or for someone who has seen his gameshow before, he can teach the art form. Even when teaching, he is fun and funny, so don't expect this to be all work.
